This is the planned structure for the hackathon day. All timings are in EEST (Sofia, Bulgaria).
Opening
Welcome, rules, challenge areas, team structure, judging criteria, and what teams need to deliver by the end of the day.
Team setup
Final team formation, idea selection, quick planning, tool setup, and mentor orientation.
Build sprint 1
Teams start building. The focus is on the core problem, the main user flow, and a demoable first version.
Lunch and mentor check
Short break, quick feedback from mentors, and decision on what each team should finish before demos.
Build sprint 2
Teams finish the prototype, clean the demo flow, prepare screenshots, data, mockups, or working features.
Demo preparation
Each team prepares a short presentation: problem, solution, prototype, impact, and next step.
Final demos
Teams present to the judges. Each team gets a short demo slot and questions from the jury.
Judging
The jury reviews the projects based on usefulness, execution, clarity, and potential for real use.
Awards and closing
Winner announcement, partner thanks, next steps, photos, and informal networking.
Pitch2Pitch needs better systems for a better community.
We need better tools to organize, manage, and support the great community around Pitch2Pitch. Founders, mentors, judges, partners, and students all deserve a smoother and more useful experience.

Terms and rules of the hackathon
Pitch2Pitch Hackathon 2026 is a community-led event connected to Pitch2Pitch Startup Competition by Networking Premium.
- Participants are expected to behave respectfully toward other participants, mentors, judges, organizers, venue staff, and partners.
- Teams should build original work during the hackathon period. Existing tools, libraries, templates, and APIs may be used if they are allowed by their licenses and clearly mentioned during the demo.
- Projects will be judged based on usefulness, clarity, prototype quality, relevance to event or startup community problems, and potential to be tested after the hackathon.
- The organizer may change the agenda, format, judging structure, mentor lineup, prize details, or partner details if needed.
- The #1 place prize and all additional awards will be announced before or during the event.
- Photos, videos, project names, team names, and demo materials may be used for event communication, recap articles, social media, and ConvoCircle coverage.
- The lead organizer of the hackathon is Atanas Neychev, host and organizer of Pitch2Pitch and manager of ConvoCircle.
- The best projects will be implemented on 11 June which is the last event of the 6th season before the final.

The person responsible for the data collected through this hackathon page and related application forms is Atanas Neychev, lead organizer of the hackathon, host and organizer of Pitch2Pitch, and manager of ConvoCircle.
Data may include name, email, LinkedIn profile, organization, role, participation interest, application answers, and any information voluntarily submitted through the form.
- The data will be used to review applications, contact applicants, organize teams, coordinate mentors and judges, manage sponsors and partners, and communicate event updates.
- Selected applicant information may be shared with event organizers, mentors, judges, venue partners, and relevant operational partners only when needed for the event.
- Data will not be sold.
- Applicants may contact atanas@convocircle.com to request correction or deletion of their submitted data.
- Event photos, videos, team names, project names, and public demo materials may be used for communication and media coverage related to the hackathon.
