Accessibility

Ways to use ConvoCircle, known limitations and how to request help.

Using ConvoCircle

We want ConvoCircle to be usable by people with different access needs. This page describes available navigation options and how to tell us about a barrier. It is not a claim that every page or connected service has passed an accessibility audit.

  • Use Tab and Shift + Tab to move between links and controls. Activate links with Enter and buttons with Enter or Space.
  • The main site includes a “Skip to content” link when reached by keyboard.
  • Use your browser’s zoom settings to enlarge text. On smaller screens, the main navigation is available through the Menu button.

World, events and audio

ConvoCircle World includes a spatial fair map. You can use its Booths, Stage and Rooms tabs to browse the connected content without moving around the map. The map also provides keyboard movement with the arrow keys or W, A, S and D, and an E key interaction where available.

The spatial map, live audio, embedded recordings and third-party event environments may present barriers. Captions, transcripts and accessible participation options depend on the content and event provider; they are not guaranteed for every session. Ask the organiser about the options you need before an event.

Report a barrier or request another format

Email info@convocircle.com with the subject “Accessibility support”. Include the page or event link, what you were trying to do, the barrier you encountered and the format or assistance that would help. If relevant, include your browser or assistive technology. You do not need to disclose a diagnosis.

Requests help identify improvements and practical alternatives. For an event hosted through an external service, we may need to coordinate with its organiser. For general account assistance, visit Help & Account Support.
