Apply for organiser access

Apply to become an organiser through EventFinder’s organiser section. Your application introduces your organisation and is reviewed for organiser approval. Once approved, you can upload as many events as you want on the platform.

Your organiser application

Provide your organisation’s name, a short description, and a contact name and email address. You can also include your website and location. The review is for access as an organiser; you do not need a new organiser application for each event.

After approval: upload your events

Use your organiser dashboard to add events. You can upload as many events as you want. Give each listing clear, accurate information so people can understand the event and decide whether to attend.

• Event and organiser: a clear name, description, intended audience and the organisation responsible.
• Schedule: dates, start and end times, time zone and any important booking deadline.
• Location or format: the venue and address, or whether the event is online or hybrid. Explain how attendees receive joining information.
• Booking: the official registration link, admission details, price where applicable and any eligibility requirements.
• Images: a suitable event image or logo you have permission to share, with credit where required.
• Contact and access: a public organiser contact and available accessibility or participation information.

A discovery listing introduces an event; the booking destination provides its registration terms. Identify the actual event organiser and ticket provider, including where attendees should ask about cancellation or refunds.

Keep your event information current

When dates, venues or booking details change, make sure the listing and official event information stay accurate. For help with a correction, postponement or cancellation, email info@convocircle.com with the subject “Event listing update”. Include the event name, listing link, your organiser role and the corrected details.
